Shipping Option
CK HOME is able to provide two types of delivery options for our customer.

Normal Delivery

Lead time: 2 ~ 5 Working days upon Confirmation of Order.

Courier Service Provider ("CSP") included Flash Express, Pgeon Express, Pos Laju and Skynet.

There will be a charges of RM10 for the delivery option.

Express Delivery

Lead time: Same day delivery.

Subjected to Klang Valley Area and available on Working day.

Courier Service Provider ("CSP") included Lalamove.

There will be a charges of RM50 for the delivery option.
Return & Exchange Policy
If someting doesn't working, you can send the parts back within 7 days of delivery.

Start the return process within 7 days of receiving our item.

Product must be in new condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customers in cases of buyer's remorse return, such as an item didn't not fit, changed your mind, order by mistake, bought it somewhere else etc.

All the refund merchandises are subject CK HOME inspect and approval. Once CK HOME approve the refund merchandises will award the refund within 5 working days.
